Kristen Radke, MSW, LCSW is a highly experienced and respected licensed mental health therapist based in Arizona. With over a decade of providing support to individuals, couples, and families, Kristen uses modern therapeutic techniques combined with biblical wisdom (and sometimes horses) to help clients heal from anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and shame.

Before her private practice, Kristen has worked in a variety of social work and mental health roles over the last 12 years. She served as a therapist in community mental health, as a behavioral therapist for children with trauma and behavioral disorders, as a social worker for children in foster care, and as a victim's advocate in a police department.

Kristen finds her calling in partnering with Christian millennial individuals to help them heal from the past, cultivate more peace, and create healthy rhythms in daily life and relationships. Drawing from years of understanding healthy family dynamics, Kristen is on a mission to equip Christian millennials to create healthy relationships in their families, their marriages, and with their children. Kristen is also contracted to provide free care to first responders who have been affected by high-stress incidents, per HB 2502.

In addition to traditional therapy techniques, Kristen is certified in EAGALA, an equine therapeutic model that incorporates horses into treatment. This model utilizes a team-based approach with an emphasis more on experiential than talk therapy.

Kristen holds a master's degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University. She is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and is registered as a clinical supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additional certifications include: EAGALA, Certified Trauma Specialist - Individual, Board Certified Telemental Health, Prepare- Enrich certified.

When Kristen is not seeing clients you can find her enjoying her time as a wife and a mom, playing music, or with horses.
