How do I set up an initial appointment for therapy?
The best way to reach me is through the contact form on this site. After receving your request weβll work together to schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation. The phone consultation is our opportunity to discuss your current concerns, to assess the way I can possibly support you, and the type of therapy that might be the best fit.

What is your cancellation policy?
Therapy is a collaborative relationship and being able to attend with consistency and practicing change daily to meet your goals is an important part of the process. I require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I do charge the full rate of the session if you do not cancel within the 24 hours.

What if I don't know if I want to schedule with you yet?
Letβs schedule a 10-minute free consultation. We can talk about your concerns, your past experiences in therapy, and your goals for treatment. This will help you decide what youβd like to do moving forward.

What if I can't afford therapy?
At this time, I do not offer a sliding fee scale. If I do start offering a sliding fee scale, I will update the website. Here are a few other options: HOPE provides financial assistance to those seeking counseling but unable to pay. Check out their website and sing up to be notified when the next round of applications are being accepted.
